Important Care Instructions

You may notice your hat will be bent and wrinkled out of shape as if you just fought a warlord of the sea. Once received, let it air out for 20 minutes and to get rid of wrinkles on the body of the hat, we recommend using a steamer and giving it some 'Gear 2' steam all over the body and brim of the hat for best results. The brim is made of 100% highquality foam which can be reshaped and bent back into the perfect shape.

Not true to size on their website.

I had measured my head and got the hat and it doesn't fit, was super disappointed! Hat and quailty are all top notch but wouldn't have bought if knew was gonna be small... They said it was 23" circumference

Hi Zachary, we're terribly sorry for the typo in the sizing. Our bucket hat circumference is 22inches with some room to stretch/work the material out to a more comfortable fit. We've also sent you an email to see how we could resolve this for you. Thank you for supporting Nakama Threads!
