Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $95 USD.
- For orders under $95, standard shipping rates will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Times:
- Canada: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping.
- United States: Orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and are only estimates. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track the progress of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
- Nakama Threads is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Nakama Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
